Circa 2007, I was
sitting in my chair at a small cafe spot on U Street in DC. Rhymes,
lyrics, and wit bounced off the walls while I tried to soak in the inspiration
so I could write, imagine, and inspire others. This woman of many words
approached the stage. She was a rare talent...she worked the crowd with
